First Step to Freedom
Lately, I’ve been a big fan of keeping things simple. So this week, I’ve recorded for you a breathing meditation that is very powerful, yet simple.
Out of many healing techniques I’ve come across in the last 17 years, since consciously on the spiritual journey, this one is the most simple and elegant for this process. (in my opinion)
It is about forgiveness… because I believe that forgiveness is the first step to freedom.
